  • Customs and Commissions require a non-refundable 60% deposit prior to any work being done.

  • Will you take a commission?

    I am more than happy to consider any commission work you may be interested in having completed. My site has a limited selection as of this moment, but commission work has a broader availability, including: casted work, gold, silver, stone setting, fine jewelry repair, and more. Feel free to reach out.

  • How much is shipping?

    Flat rate shipping starts at $3.50 per order and an additional $0.75 per item in the order.

    Priority shipping starts at $10 and an additional $0.75 per item.

    International shipping ranges from $15-$50 depending on the value of item being shipped.

  • Can I include a gift note?

    Yes, send me an email. All orders are hand packaged and usually contain a small note from me, I’d love to include any additional personalization.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    YES! As of January 2025, we are pleased to announce we have included international shipping.

  • My package says delivered, I did not recieve my package?

    Unfortunately, I can only refund packages lost or damaged in transit, as they are covered by the provided shipping insurance. If the package is claimed to be delivered by the delivery, it is out of my hands. Some exceptions can and will be made on a case by case basis. *high value items may require signature upon delivery.

  • I entered the wrong address?

    Orders take 3 - 5 business days to process. If you contact me within that time, I can modify the shipping label. After that, we can attempt to make contact with the shipping company to make any updates if possible.

  • Do you offer cancelations, returns, or exchanges?

    I can cancel an order within 3-5 days of placement. Unfortunately I cannot do returns or exchanges since all products are unique. *exceptions on case by case basis.

  • When will I get my order?

    Processing is 3-5 days. Shipping is anywhere from 1-8 days. So expect deliveries in 4-13 days. The shipping company should provide a tracking number for more precise delivery times. *Custom and commission orders will be given an estimated time-line upon deposit completion based on complexity of project.

  • Can you combine my shipping if I place multiple orders?

    Yes: if you contact me with all relevant order numbers I can ship all orders together and will credit back additional shipping charges, as long as all items are being shipped to the same address.

  • Do you offer priority shipping?

    Yes. Priority shipping starts at $10 and increases by $0.75 per item.
