Wonderland Locket

Truly a storybook locket inspired by Lewis Carrols “Alice’s Adventures of Wonderland” scene of the Mad Tea Party. The locket itself is designed to look like a storybook. The white rabbit on the front cover is cut from sterling silver. The inside tea table and caterpillar bail are lost wax cast fine silver. The rainbow patina effect was achieved using liver of sulfur. The roses along the spine were wire stamped and the details on the hat and decals on the inside of the door were chased with chasing tools and a hammer.
